PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Background

AUTOARCH was engaged to lead the planning and design of a landmark mixed-use development in Sugar Land, Texas. The vision included a high-rise residential tower combined with retail, office, and structured parking—delivering a vibrant urban lifestyle destination in one of the region’s fastest-growing suburban markets.

Approach

AUTOARCH provided development services, market analysis, programming, and architectural design services for the project. The development features a 14-story high-rise condominium tower with 147 luxury units (182,682 SF), two levels of office and retail space (47,350 SF), and a 515-space structured garage, bringing the total built area to over 230,000 SF. The tower’s tunnel form cast-in-place concrete structure supported efficient construction, while the building’s design integrated sustainability, density, and mixed-use functionality within a refined urban footprint.

Result

The proposed development reflects a bold yet contextually sensitive addition to Sugar Land’s evolving skyline. With luxury residences, flexible commercial space, and sustainable design, the project establishes a dynamic mixed-use environment that balances livability with long-term market viability.
