As part of the larger Museum Square development in Sugar Land’s Telfair community, AUTOARCH designed a commercial office building that would anchor the site while reinforcing the project’s cohesive architectural vision.
Approach
AUTOARCH developed a classically inspired design that echoes the charm and scale of a traditional main street. The building features a prominent corner tower, articulated brick detailing, and consistent awnings that align with the development’s retail language. Ground-floor suites accommodate flexible tenant use while the overall massing supports walkability and street presence.
Result
The office building seamlessly integrates into the Museum Square master plan, enhancing the pedestrian experience and contributing to the development’s unified identity. With its timeless materials and thoughtfully scaled storefronts, the building supports both commercial activity and a strong visual sense of place.
