Kevin Sabouni is a Partner at AUTOARCH Development, where he oversees strategy, operations, and execution across the firm’s real estate investment and development initiatives. With a background in private equity and capital markets, Kevin has underwritten over 200 multifamily transactions, led $200MM+ in acquisitions, and helped manage a portfolio exceeding $400MM in total assets under management. He has directed business plans across a range of asset classes, closed $150MM+ in dispositions, and built custom investor platforms serving thousands of stakeholders. At AUTOARCH, he applies this expertise to guide site selection, joint ventures, entitlements, and public-private partnerships that advance the firm’s mission to create transformative, community-driven developments. Kevin holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Northeastern University.
