Thomas Mathew is a Partner at AUTOARCH Development, where he co-leads acquisitions, due diligence, and strategic planning for commercial and mixed-use real estate projects. Drawing from a background in industrial engineering and strategy consulting, Thomas brings operational precision and analytical discipline to every phase of development. Prior to joining AUTOARCH, he evaluated hundreds of transactions, contributed to over $200MM in closed acquisitions, and built a personal real estate portfolio with more than 10 acquisitions—half of which were successfully taken full cycle. His career also includes leadership roles at IBM Global Services and BNSF Railway, where he implemented enterprise-level solutions and managed mission-critical operations. At AUTOARCH, Thomas applies this cross-industry expertise to optimize deal structures, align stakeholder interests, and drive long-term value for each project.
